Alex is a second-year massage therapy student at Pacific Coast College of Massage Therapy. With a background in yoga and a lifelong curiosity in anatomy, he brings a grounded, patient-centered approach to every treatment. His work is rooted in empathy, respect, and a commitment to helping clients navigate pain, stress, and anxiety with care.

As a former soccer player, Alex is also excited to develop his skills to support athletes and active individuals with deep tissue work and injury recovery.

He believes therapeutic touch is most powerful when guided by collaboration and consent. Drawing from his prior volunteer work at sexual assault support centers, Alex prioritizes clear communication, trauma awareness, and strong professional boundaries to ensure clients feel deeply heard, supported, and empowered.

Before studying massage therapy, Alex taught yoga and studied biology at university. He’s also traveled to over 28 countries: including scuba diving in Thailand, researching orangutans in Indonesia, supporting vaccine work in Sierra Leone, and eloping in Iceland.
