NEW Cancellation Policy: Any client who cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a “Late Cancellation Fee” of $15. Missed appointments without notice will incur a “No-Show Fee” of $40

All of our appointments are 75 minutes long and include Client Consent, Case History, Assessment and Home Care. If it’s your first visit, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete paperwork.

As a former three-time Canadian Junior National Champion and four-time Ontario Junior Champion in Taekwondo, Paul has always been interested in the balance of performance, recovery and injury prevention. As a previous coach of over 20 national/provincial Taekwondo champions, he strives for effective treatments while providing patients with the knowledge they need to continue preventative maintenance and rehabilitation work beyond the clinic.

Away from the clinic, Paul enjoys staying active through hiking, golfing, road biking and playing basketball.
