If you have an appointment after 5:00 PM, please call 778-262-1617 upon arrival and your student therapist will let you into the building.

⏱️ Cancellation Policy:

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: $15.75 Late Cancellation Fee
• Missed appointment without notice: $42 No-Show Fee

🕒 Appointment Information:

• All appointments are 75 minutes (includes consent, case history, assessment, and home care)
• First visit? Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for paperwork
• One appointment per day per client (no back-to-back or double bookings)
• Each client must have their own individual profile
• Students cannot treat ICBC or WCB claims
